Here are the the hand rankings listed from the highest hand ranking to the lowest.
AKQJT of the same suit. This is the big kahuna, which every poker player strives for.
Five card of the same suit in sequence.
All four cards of the same rank.
Three of a kind combined with a pair.
Five cards of the same suit but not in sequence.
Five cards in sequence but not of the same suit.
Three cards of the same rank.
Two different pair with one odd card.
Two cards of the same rank with 3 odd cards.
Highest card in your hand or five cards that cannot make any of the above hands.
If you're adding a Wild Card to your poker game, the highest hand you can have would be the Five of a Kind. This, of course, only happens when you have a wild card to complete five cards of the same rank.
